All you do is contact one of our highly trained patient advocates and provide us with some information about
your healthcare needs. We’ll need your insurance information, all kept private in compliance with the federal
H.I.P.A.A. Law.
We then verify your benefits and let you know if you qualify for our program. If qualified, you will receive a
welcome package and a prescription corresponding to your medical needs will be sent to your physician. Once you
authorize the benefits and we have a signed physician’s order from your doctor, all your supplies will be shipped
directly to your home, with no out of pocket costs* and free shipping!
We work directly with your insurance company for payment and your physician for prescription renewals. There is
no contract for you to sign or obligation for you to stay with our program, although few leave.
We’ll call you every three months to verify your need for shipment or to remind you that your prescription is up
for renewal.
